The Google Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 (2012), Nexus 7 (2013) and Nexus 10 are all expected to receive the OTA update, and you can download the update files using the following links:

Android 5.0 Lollipop factory images now available for Nexus devices
Google has released Android 5.0 Lollipop factory images for the Google Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 (2012), Nexus 7 (2013) and Nexus 10. Google previously announced that they have started rolling out the newest version of Android for "most Nexus devices", so you should start receiving the update soon. Meanwhile you could also consider installing the update using the factory images.

Google announced on Wednesday that it has started rolling out the Android 5.0 Lollipop software update as an over-the-air (OTA) update to "most Nexus devices". The devices set to receive Lollipop include the Google Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 (2012), Nexus 7 (2013) and Nexus 10. The Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 come with Android 5.0 preinstalled out of the box, but are also receiving an OTA update with bug fixes.

Google releases Android 4.4.4 for Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10
Starting Thursday, Google has released the Android 4.4.4 KitKat update to devices which run the stock version of Android, starting with the Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7, Nexus 7 2013 and Nexus 10. The update is still only available as a factory image and not yet available OTA. The Factory images are best suited for owners who have been hacking or modifying their phone or tablet, and need a way to return to the stock version of Android.

Android 4.4.3 OTA update, now arriving on Google Nexus devices
Earlier, we reported that Google had made the Android 4.4.3 Factory images available for their Nexus devices. Now it looks like the Android 4.4.3 OTA update has begun rolling out to the Google Nexus lineup. The Factory Images are usually meant for advanced use and requires the user to issue the fastboot command to install the update.

Google Nexus 5 for Sprint receives Android 4.4.3 software update
The Google Nexus 5 for Sprint is reportedly receiving the Android 4.4.3 software update starting today, which brings the KTU84F build number. We first caught a glimpse of Android 4.4.3 and the build number beginning with KTU8 back in March.
Once the update is available for your device, you should receive a notification on your Sprint Nexus 5. Along with some Sprint-specific enhancement, the Android 4.4.3 update is also expected to bring several new features for Nexus 5 users.
