[Windows Phone app] Microsoft Health updated (1.3.1111.2)

Microsoft Health for Windows PhoneEarlier today, the Microsoft Band went on sale yet again for a limited time, with limited stock. Sadly the stock only lasted a few minutes, leaving customers frustrated during the checkout process. Fortunately existing Band users will find the companion app, Microsoft Health for Windows Phone has been updated to version 1.3.1111.2 with several bug fixes and improvements.

Microsoft confirms that all Windows Phone 8 devices will get the Windows 10 update

Microsoft is currently testing Windows 10 which will unify all Windows devices, including PCs laptops, smartphones, wearables and even the Xbox. While the company has not demonstrated what the platform will look like on smartphones, they have already committed to bring the next version of Windows to all Windows 8 handsets.

The Nokia Lumia 521 for MetroPCS is now receiving the Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Cyan software update. The update comes less than a week after T-Mobile pushed out the same version for its variant of the Lumia 521.

Microsoft releases Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 with Lumia Denim


Microsoft is now ready to release their next update to the Windows Phone platform - Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1. The update will also include Lumia Denim customization for Lumia smartphones. This update has already been rolled out to those using the Preview for Developers program, but the update is now ready for general consumers.

Today, a new report from China confirms the existence of such a device along with the face that it will be named the Lumia 535.

Swarm for Windows Phone has been updated to version 1.2.0.16, which brings a few new features and improvements, including the ability to search your check-in history, and find out all the places you've been to. Foursquare's Swarm app give users the ability to check-in the places they visit, as well as find out if any of their friends are nearby.

The Nokia Lumia 925 for T-Mobile is now receiving the Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Cyan software update. The software update which is reportedly around 267MB in size, brings the 01061.00074.14391.37104 software version and includes T-Mobile's Inflight texting support along with the usual enhancements from Microsoft.
