Google has started rolling out the Android 5.0 Lollipop update to its Nexus devices, but Motorola managed to beat the Android maker by releasing the latest version of the platform for some of its own devices. Here's a look at Lollipop running on the Motorola Moto G (2014).

Well technically the Nexus 9 is the first Android 5.0 Lollipop device, but the Motorola Moto G (2014) has become the first smartphone to receive the software update. While manufacturers are hard at work building the update for their flagships, Motorola has managed to beat Google's Nexus line and become the first to bring Lollipop to their devices.
