[Guide] How to install Whited00r 7 and bring the iOS 7 experience to iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G and older iPod Touch
Purchasing an iOS device can be expensive, but it gets frustrating when your device quickly gets old and you no longer get access to the latest software updates from Apple. Recently the company released iOS 7.0 which shelved even more of our older iOS devices by removing support with the update.
Last year we saw the rise of a tool called Whited00r, which brought an iOS 6.0 look and features to devices like the original Apple iPhone 2G, Apple iPhone 3G, Apple iPod Touch first gen or Apple iPod Touch second gen. Now the team have turned their attention to iOS 7, claiming to recreate the iOS 7 experience without slowing the handset down in the process.

[Theme] How to convert your iOS 6 iPhone or iPod into iOS 7
Apple has drastically changed the look of iOS with their recent announcement of iOS 7. The new flattened look is bright and colorful and quite a drastic move from the skeuomorphic designs which Apple has used from the inception of their mobile platform.
Now the first beta of iOS 7 has been released to developers and is expected to arrive to supported devices this fall. If you are a fan of the new look who doesn't have a developer account and is impatient to wait for the launch of the OS you could consider installing the iOS 7 theme on your device instead.

You can now run regular Windows apps (x86) on Surface RT / Windows RT
The Microsoft Surface RT is a beautiful device, with some respectable hardware powering it. Unfortunately its only limitation is its comparably small collection of apps in the Windows Store which is still in the process of growing. Unlike the Microsoft Surface Pro which is capable of running every Windows app available, the Surface RT and other Windows RT tablets have to stay limited to the Windows Store for their apps.
Fortunately it looks like the limitation can be bypassed thanks to the XDA-Developer community. If you own a Windows RT tablet and are willing to jailbreak the device you will be able to run legacy Windows apps on your Windows RT tablet.

[Guide] How to jailbreak iPhone 5 and others on iOS 6.1 using Evasi0n
Before we begin, I would like to mention that this is the untethered jailbreak we have all been waiting for. Unlike the tethered jailbreak which requires you to plug your device to your computer each time you reboot. The Evasi0n jailbreak supports all 20+ variants of iOS devices including the new Apple iPhone 5 running iOS 6.0 or iOS 6.1. Unfortunately the Apple TV 3 isn't supported by this method.
The jailbreak method has been developed by the newly formed Evad3rs team, who have made the jailbreak process extremely easy with their Evasi0n tool.
