Apple's iOS 6 vs. iOS 7 icon comparison

The introduction of iOS 7 at the WWDC 2013 keynote, marked one of the biggest changes to the platform since its introduction in 2007. Apple replaced their familiar skeuomorphic icons with newer ones which are brighter and flattened. However not everyone will enjoy Apple's new choice in icons which sometimes looks plain and unfinished when compared to the rich detail in the older icons.

[iOS app] YouTube updated (1.1.0.4136) supports iPhone 5 and iPad

When Apple removed the YouTube client from iOS 6.0, Google released a new YouTube for iOS app which only supported the 3.5 inch iPhone and iPod Touch displays. Users with an iPad or the new Apple iPhone 5 had to rely on watching videos on the YouTube website. Now Google has released an update for the YouTube client which supports all existing iOS devices including the iPhone 5 and the iPad.
