Apple's WWDC 2014 conference scheduled between June 2 and 6

Apple's WWDC 2014 developer conference has been scheduled to take place between June 2 and June 6 at the Moscone West in San Francisco. This year, tickets to the event will be sold on a lottery basis. Members of the iOS Developer Program, iOS Developer Enterprise Program, or Mac Developer program need to register by April 7 at the website, and hope to win the opportunity to procure a $1599 WWDC ticket. Purchases must be completed by April 14 at 5PM PDT.

Apple iOS 7.0 announced

Following the announcements of Apple OS X Mavericks, a new MacBook Air line and the long awaited update to the Mac Pro, Apple's CEO Tim Cook unveiled the brand new iOS 7.0. The new version of the mobile operating system is described as "the biggest change to iOS since the introduction of iPhone," and introduces a new flattened interface with improved notifications, improved multitasking and all new apps.

There have been complaints that Apple has not been innovative with their operating system over the last few years and it looks like the company has finally paid attention to these complaints. Apple iOS 7.0 is definitely adds a breath of fresh air to the again OS.

Apple OS X (10.9) Mavericks announced

Apple's OS X releases have chosen the names of various big cats in the past, but the newest release OS X 10.9 has chosen a different direction. This time around Apple is going to go with names from its home state California and the first release will be called OS X Mavericks.

OS X Mavericks brings several new features and improvements to the desktop platform including Finder tabs, multi-display support, tagging and more.

The Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2013 is set to kick off on Monday at the Moscone West in San Francisco. Apple recently released the official WWDC for iOS app to help attendees and enthusiasts stay connected to the event. Now the app has been updated to version 1.0.1 which includes the ability resuming streaming videos even when it is interrupted.

WWDC 2013 tickets are now on sale

Yesterday Apple announced that the WWDC 2013 will be held between June 10th and June 14th in San Francisco. Those who are interested in attending the event will be happy to know that tickets for the WWDC are now on sale. Despite their high $1599 price tag, the tickets tend to sell like hotcakes, so you would probably want to grab yours as soon as possible.

WWDC 2013 officially announced for June 10-14, Tickets on sale tomorrow

Apple has officially announced that its annual Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) 2013 will take place between the 10th and 14th of June this year. The WWDC is commonly known for Apple's major announcements and reports and rumors expect a new range of iOS devices, Macs and even an iWatch.

Over a 100 technical sessions are expected to take place during the course of the week, presented by over 1000 Apple engineers for both iOS and OS X and developers to take advantage of this time to get an in-depth insight on Apple's mobile and desktop platforms and technologies.

Apple Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) 2012


wwdc2012Apple has officially announced that their Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) 2012 will be held between June 11 - 15 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

If you had been planning on going, I hope you have already gotten your hands on some tickets as the event has been sold out in just two hours, which is the fastest in the history of the conference, despite its $1,600 price tag.

Apple iPhone 5 to be unveiled during WWDC 2012 in June ?

It has been customary for Apple to hold their World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) around mid-June, but Apple broke that tradition in 2011 in favor of the iPhone 4S which was released in October. Current rumors suggest that Apple will return to their summer schedule for the release of the much anticipated Apple iPhone 5 and iOS 6.0.

WWDC 2011 - Apple iOS 5

Apple introduced the next iteration to their mobile operating system during the WWDC 2011 which was held in  San Francisco. Apple's iOS 5 will feature over 200 new features.

WWDC 2011 - Mac OS X Lion

Apple introduced the next iteration of OS X back in October and demonstrated the many popular features of iOS which would make it's way to Apple's desktop platform.

During the WWDC 2011 Apple re-introduced the progress they have made with OS X Lion and promised to have it available July, for download from the Mac App Store for $29.99.

Apple intrdocued the world to their iCloud service during WWDC 2011. The iCloud service is seamlessly integrated into your apps with iOS 5. You can access your data from all your iOS devices, Mac and PC. You can get access to your photos, music and apps. Your email, calendar and contacts will stay synced between all your devices.

WWDC 2011 - OS X Lion, iOS 5, iCloud and more...

The WWDC 2011 keynote has just concluded, and Steve Jobs was present to unveil some exciting things to come from Apple:

OS X 10.7 Lion is the 8th iteration of OS X and brings the best features of iOS to laptops and desktop Macs. Lion will have over 3000 new features and will be available exclusively through the Mac App Store for only $30. OS X 10.7 features include full screen apps, improved email and safari browser, Air drop file sharing, improved auto save, Mission Control and the integrated Mac App Store.

iOS 5, iCloud, OS X Lion to be unveiled during WWDC 2011

Apple has confirmed in a press release that alongside the release of Mac OS X (10.7) Lion and iOS 5, a cloud based service iCloud will also be unveiled during the WWDC 2011. While no news of a new iPhone model has surfaced we can never be sure until Steve Jobs' keynote concludes.
