[Windows Phone app] Microsoft Health updated (1.3.1111.2)

Microsoft Health for Windows PhoneEarlier today, the Microsoft Band went on sale yet again for a limited time, with limited stock. Sadly the stock only lasted a few minutes, leaving customers frustrated during the checkout process. Fortunately existing Band users will find the companion app, Microsoft Health for Windows Phone has been updated to version 1.3.1111.2 with several bug fixes and improvements.

[iOS app] WhatsApp updated (2.11.14) with support to iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus

WhatsApp for iOS has been updated to version 2.11.14 which included support for the larger screens of the Apple iPhone 6 and Apple iPhone 6 Plus, along with the usual bug fixes and performance improvements. WhatsApp is a popular cross-platform messaging service, which was recently purchased by Facebook.

Nokia Store will be replaced with Opera Mobile Store on certain Nokia devices

HTC Weather for AndroidHTC Weather has been released on the Google Play Store. This has become the latest trend, led by Motorola and HTC. By listing system apps in the Google Play Store, the manufacturers can avoid the carriers, and have users update them just as easily as they would update any app. The manufacturer is no longer relying on a carrier to test a maintenance update, approve it, and send it out OTA.
