Android 5.0 Lollipop demonstrated on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3
Samsung, like many other manufacturers are hard at work readying Android 5.0 Lollipop for their top shelf devices.Both the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 are expected to be updated to the next version of Android, but the following video and screenshots give us a sneak peak of Lollipop running on the Galaxy Note 3.

Samsung's Tizen 2.3 update demonstrated
While Samsung has still to release a Tizen powered smartphone to the global market, the company has a decent lineup of devices (Gear S, Samsung Z) running their in-house mobile OS.
Now Samsung is working on a new device (Samsung SM-Z130H) which runs Tizen 2.3, and some new screenshots give us a vision of what the latest version of Tizen will look like on one of Samsung's smartphones.
HTC One M8 receives Android 4.4.4 update with HTC EYE Experience in India
The HTC One M8 users in India, are now getting the Android 4.4.4 KitKat software update, which includes the HTC EYE Experience. The update which is being pushed out OTA (over-the-air) is reportedly around 300MB in size and brings the 3.35.720.1 software version.

Google Nexus 9 with LTE coming to T-Mobile in December

T-Mobile started selling the Google Nexus 6 smartphone today, to its customers and is also hoping to offer the Google Nexus 9 tablet very soon. The un-carrier confirmed that the LTE version of the tablet will be available in stores from early December, but didn't give any specific dates.

Jolla recently revealed that they had something big planned this week. It turns out the company was planning their own tablet - which features a compact design, decent hardware and a reasonable price tag. It is known simply as the Jolla Tablet and runs the Sailfish operating system, which also powered the company's Jolla Smartphone, released about a year ago.

T-Mobile announces free tablet offer, and BOGO MetroPCS smartphone deal
Its the holiday season and T-Mobile is in the giving mood. The un-carrier has announced that it's going to give away free tablets and smartphones to its customers.
On November 21, existing T-Mobile customers can visit a participating stores and get the Alcatel ONETOUCH Pop 7 for $0 down and $0 payments. That means that the customer will only end up paying the sales tax on the device. The offer will be opened up to everyone on November 22.
iPad reportedly gains more storage space with iOS 8.1.1 update
Those with the 16GB base iPad models may usually find their tablets quickly running out of space as they install new apps. Fortunately it looks like Apple has been working on a solution for this issue within their iOS 8.1.1 release.
Apple iOS 8.2 beta released to developers
Apple has released iOS 8.2 beta 1, just a day after releasing the iOS 8.1.1 update to the public. The newest beta is clearly focused on the Apple Watch, which is set to be released in early 2015.
According to the release notes, iOS 8.2 is strictly focused towards developers so they get their apps ready for Apple Watch, so they work in their other iOS counterparts. Besides the relevant APIs for developers, the newest version of iOS doesn't seem to bring any new features for consumers.

Apple Mac OS X 10.10.1 Yosemite now available for download
Apple has released OS X 10.10.1 Yosemite alongside Apple iOS 8.1.1 for mobile devices. The Yosemite update brings various bug fixes and performance improvements to Apple's desktop platform.
OS X Yosemite is probably one of the biggest updates to Apple's desktop platform to date. In brings some useful features like Continuity, Handoff and more. However, the big release had its own share of issues, and soon complaints started popping up from Mac users around the Internet.
