While Samsung has still to release a Tizen powered smartphone to the global market, the company has a decent lineup of devices (Gear S, Samsung Z) running their in-house mobile OS.
Now Samsung is working on a new device (Samsung SM-Z130H) which runs Tizen 2.3, and some new screenshots give us a vision of what the latest version of Tizen will look like on one of Samsung's smartphones.
While the Tizen UI has a striking resemblance to Samsung's Android custom skin TouchWiz, the latest version shows off some significant differences. For example, we see the use of vivid colors and blue being used throughout the various interfaces. Interestingly the prominent use of blue is something we saw in the most recently demonstration of Lollipop on a Galaxy Note 3.
What do you think of Samsung's Tizen OS? Would you consider purchasing a device running on this platform?
