Apple iOS 6 leads to first drop in iPhone device satisfaction
Users generally love their iPhones and the Apple iPhone 5 on on its way to become one of the company’s hottest handsets. However it doesn’t seam like users have been so accepting of iOS 6.0 which has caused the iPhone to drop for the first time in device satisfaction.
This was discovered in a recent survey of almost 16,000 customers, who are satisfied with iOS 6, but preferred iOS 5. The reason behind this is not surprisingly the Apple Maps application which has faced controversy for replacing the Google based solution which has been available since the first iPhone.
Apple however is adamant that they can make their Mapping solution work and users continue to purchase new iPhones, so this wont really effect Apple’s sales.
