Samsung Galaxy Note 4 vs. Nokia Lumia 1520 - Video Comparison

Samsung Galaxy Note 4Nokia Lumia 1520

The Nokia Lumia 1520 has been around for along a year now, and it seems to be fighting a lone battle against the continuous lineup of phablets on the Android platform. One of the top large screen phone choices this year is the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and despite being physically smaller than the Lumia 1520, its on a quest for domination.

Samsung has years of experience building phablets, and they know how to properly take advantage of their larger screens. The addition of the S-Pen Stylus and software enhancements, make the Note 4 a top choice for anyone looking to purchase a phablet sized device.

The Lumia 1520 is not just a phone with a large screen though, its strength is in its 20MP PureView camera. While you are also blessed with full access to Microsoft Office apps on the large screened Lumia, it doesn't come close to productivity offered by the Note.

Pricing on the other hand favors the older Lumia 1520, which can now be purchased for free with a two-year contract. The Note 4 will require you to spend at least $300 with the similar contract with your carrier, but thats expected with the amount of features you get in return,

For now, the Galaxy Note 4 with Android is clearly superior over anything Microsoft has to offer. We hope that we will have some better competition once Windows 10 arrives on phones sometime next year.
