Apple iOS 4.3GM was released yesterday and it looks like it has already been jailbroken for the iPhone 4. However this is still a tethered jailbreak, which means that you will have to boot it into the jailbroken state every time you reboot. The final version of iOS 4.3 has been released and it looks like the same guide can be used to Jailbreak iOS 4.3.

Apple iOS 4.3 released

Apple has released it's final version of iOS 4.3 today. This update is available for the Apple iPhone 4(GSM only), iPhone 3GS, iPad and iPod Touch 4/3. The iPad 2 will come with this version of iOS when it is released on 11th March 2011.

Apple iOS 4.3 GM already Jailbroken

Apple released iOS 4.3 GM yesterday to the developers signed into the standard and enterprise developer programs. The GM is generally the final milestone and comes in time before the expected 11th of March release date of the iPad 2 and final version of iOS 4.3.

Apple iOS 4.3 GM released

Apple has just announced the final GM (Gold Master) release of iOS 4.3 for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Much like the beta versions the GM version is available only to developers who have registered for the Apple standard or enterprise developer programs.

The final version of iOS is expected to be available on the 11th of March to coincide with the launch of the Apple iPad 2.

Apple iTunes updated (10.2)

Apple iTunes 10.2 has been released with support for iOS 4.3. This new version of iTunes will be required by the Apple iPad 2 when it is released on March 11th, along with iOS 4.3.

Apple iOS 4.3 Beta 03 released

Apple has released iOS 4.3 beta 03. This release is for developers only who have a standard or enterprise license.. Stay tuned for updates on this release.

iOS 4.3 beta 01 was released on the the 12th of January and iOS 4.3 beta 02 was released on the 19th of January.

Multi-touch demonstrated on iOS 4.3 Beta

It looks like multi-touch features are available in the latest iOS 4.3 betas that have been released to the developer community. Apple has confirmed that the gestures will be available on the iPad but no news of it's availability on the iPhone yet.

In any case the public will have to wait for the final release of iOS 4.3 to know if their iPhones will be treated to multi-touch gestures.

Apple iOS 4.3 Beta 02 released

The second beta of  iOS 4.3 has been made available for download to developers. This release follows iOS 4.3 Beta 1 which was seeded out to developers on January 12th.

Apple iOS 4.3 Beta 01 released

Apple has released iOS 4.3 beta 01 to developers sign up for the iOS developer program. It brings a lot of updates and enhancements to the iPhone and the iPad.

With the eminent release of the iPhone for Verizon, which will feature iOS 4.2.5 and personal hotspot capability, the GSM iPhone users will be happy to know they may be getting the same with iOS 4.3.

The iPad is being treated to various useful muti-touch gestures with this release.
