Back in February we reported that developers had ported Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for the Nokia N9. Now while the Android community is still kept waiting Android 4.1 Jelly Bean has been ported to run on the Nokia N9.
Despite Nokia having abandoned the Meego operating system which runs on the N9 it is great to see this device getting treated to various Android ports so quickly.

Firefox on Nokia N9 will have Adobe Flash support
To date the Nokia N900 is probably one of the best handsets I have used. One of its key features being full Adobe Flash support. But now thanks to the development of a Flash plugin for the Meego version of Firefox, Nokia N9 users can also enjoy Flash on their devices.
However Flash support will not be extended to the default browser or for third party software like Opera Mobile.

Nokia has unveiled a white version of their Meego powered Nokia N9 handset. The device will have a glossy finish unlike the matte exterior it's brethren host, and it will also come with 64GB of storage when it becomes available by the end of this year.
Much like the illusive white iPhone 4, there was a reason behind the delay in manufacturing a white version of the N9, as it's marketing head Frank Zillikens explained:

Nokia N9 - All 64GB models pre-ordered
Has Nokia made a mistake dropping it's Meego lineup ? The news is that the 64GB version of the Nokia N9 is already fully reserved in Finland, leaving only the 16GB
model for anyone who wants the device.
The N9 which was first expected to be released in June has been delayed, but recently made available for pre-order a couple of days ago. It seams like Nokia has done well with their marketing of the device as results show that the N9 may be a real success.
