Nokia has released the official firmware update for the Nokia N9 about a month after it was seeded to developers for testing. The update is 248 MB in size and is reported to take up to 40 minutes to install according to Nokia.
The front facing camera on the Nokia N9 is now usable with Meego 1.2 and you can now organize your apps into folders in the app launcher. The update also brings improvements to the camera and gallery app along with the copy/paste functionality.
Users of the Nokia N9 will receive a notification when the update is available for their device and can initiate it and install it directly on the N9.
