Now that the Google Nexus 5 was announced with optical image stabilization (OIS), it only makes sense that it takes on the king of OIS - the Nokia Lumia 1020. The Nexus 5 features an 8MP camera and the same OIS technology from the LG G2 which is a proven performer. The Lumia 1020 comes with a huge 41MP sensor with advanced six lens ZEISS optics. The Lumia 1020 outputs 5MP photos whereas the Nexus 5 outputs 8MP photos by default

Share your thoughts on how you think both devices compare. We have to give the Lumia 1020 an advantage for better color reproduction and lesser noise in its photos, but have to applaud the Nexus 5 for its performance in the last sample, which was in the night in very low light.
