Today Google announced their tablet optimized version of their mobile operating system Android 3.0 HoneyComb. Android 3.0 takes advantage of the larger tablet screen real estate and provides users with an updated interface and widgets.

Google is reported to be ready to present something on the 2nd of February at it's Mountain View headquarters, in relation to it's Android 3.0 Honeycomb mobile operating system.
Google has released Android 2.2 Froyo and the Google Nexus One has already received the new update while other handsets wait patiently in line until they get their share of the newest version of Android.
However Google has already shared some information on their next version of Android which should come with version 3.0 and be codenamed Gingerbread.
