[Windows Phone app] Nokia Camera (beta) updated, adds support for all Lumia Amber handsets and RAW DNG capture


Nokia Camera (beta)The beta version of Nokia Camera for Windows Phone has been updated to version 4.5.1.6 by Nokia's BetaLabs. The new version brings support for all handsets running the Lumia Amber software update and DNG capture (Digital Negative Format) support for  and  smartphones running the Lumia Black update.

Press the Search searchbutton on your Windows Phone, tap Vision vision and then scan the following barcode by pointing your device camera toward it

Initially, the beta app is identical to the official app, but it will get frequent updates and evolve with the latest features and improvements. This beta app can be used in parallel with the commercial Nokia Camera application currently available for Pureview Lumia devices.

Nokia Camera beta version 4.5.1.6 has the following new features and improvements
  • Support for all phones running the Lumia Amber software update
  • Support for DNG capture (Digital Negative Format) on the Lumia 1520 and 1020 running the Lumia Black software update
