Google Now gets pedometer card, allows you to track walking and cycling

Google now has received a generous update on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Meanwhile Google has started releasing a pedometer card update to select Google Now users. The pedometer card makes use of the GPS to calculate how many miles you walked or cycled in a month.

What’s surprising is that Google didn't reveal this feature as part of Android 4.2 or in any other official statements. Its also possible that Google is quietly testing this feature in order to release it as a later update.

Have you seen the pedometer card on Google Now? If you have please let us know in the comments section below.
