Samsung ATIV Odyssey - Video Review
The Samsung ATIV Odyssey for Verizon offers Samsung fans an affordable yet powerful entry into the Windows Phone world. The device features a features a 4 inch touch display, 8GB of storage which can be expanded through microSD, a5 megapixel camera capable of 1080p video capture, a secondary HD camera for video calls and is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM.
Interested customers can purchase the device for $49.99 with a two-year agreement, however the Nokia Lumia 822 which was recently announced in Red for FREE on the same contract seems to be a better option offering better value for money. Especially thanks to Nokia exclusive apps like Nokia Maps, Nokia Drive+ and Nokia City Lens.
Still Samsung fans may prefer choosing a brand they are familiar with and the following video review will show you why the ATIV Odyssey is a great option.

Samsung ATIV Odyssey - Hands On
The Samsung ATIV Odyssey has finally been unveiled at the CES 2013 and will be heading to Verizon. The ATIV Odyssey is an entry-level Windows Phone which features a 4 inch Super AMOLED touch display with a 480 x 800 pixel resolution, a 5 megapixel camera, a 2100 mAh battery and is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor. Samsung doesn't however offer wireless charging or NFC connectivity with this device.
The handset may not have the largest display in the market but design is comfortable easy to hold and conveniently pocket-able Samsung has managed to make the device light-weight without making it feel cheap. BY omitting certain hardware features the ATIV Odyssey should be offered at a lower price than the Nokia Lumia 822 which is also available through Verizon.
