Micromax announces Canvas Win W092 and Win W121 with Windows Phone 8.1


MicromaxMicromax, India's second largest smartphone manufacturer has announced their very first Windows Phone devices for the Indian market – the Canvas Win W092 and Canvas Win W121. Both handsets run Windows Phone 8.1, which is the latest version of Microsoft's mobile operating system.

Micromax Canvas Win W092

The Canvas Win W092 is an affordable Dual-SIM Windows Phone handset, features a 4 inch WVGA IPS display, 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, a 1500mAh battery, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor with 1GB RAM.


Micromax Canvas Win W121


The Canvas Win W121 is a mid range Windows Phone handset, which features a 5-inch IPS HD display, an 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, a 2 megapixel front-facing camera, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, a 2000mAh battery, Bluetooth, GPS and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM. Additionally, the Canvas Win W121 is equipped with proximity, gravity, and light sensors, an accelerometer, Dual-SIM capability, and comes with a leather finish back panel.

The Canvas Win W092 has been priced at INR 6500, while the Canvas Win W121 will cost you INR 9500. Both smartphones will be available through retailers across India starting early July this year.
