The LG G Flex for Sprint is reportedly receiving the Android 4.4 KitKat software update. The update includes a number of features and improvements, including the Knock Code device unlocking feature. You also receive support for a battery-saving location mode, and support for Google Cloud Printer.
As we have seen with other devices updated to KitKat, overall performance should be improved with faster execution to run programs, and a quicker web-browsing experience. The update is being pushed in phases, keep a look-out for Android build LS995ZV6.
The LG G Flex is a unique device with a flexible chassis, a 6 inch flexible 720p display and a self healing back plate. The handset is attached to a premium price costing $249 with a two-year contract on Sprint.
