The Nokia Lumia 925 on T-Mobile's network in the U.S. is now receiving the Nokia Lumia Black software update with Windows Phone Update 3 (GDR3). The update is being pushed to Lumia 925 users OTA and you should receive a notification when it is available for your device.
If you have not received a notification, you can manually check for the update by going to Settings > Phone Updates, to see if it has arrived for your device.
With Lumia Black your device will receive several new features and improvements to both handsets including the new Nokia Camera app which combines Smart Camera and Nokia Pro Camera, Nokia Storyteller which lets you relive imaging experiences, Nokia Beamer (mobile projector for sharing content from your screen) and and updated Nokia Glance screen for quick status notifications.
