Asus Fonepad Note FHD 6 officially announced with a large display, stylus and Intel inside

The Asus Fonepad Note FHD 6 was announced today at Computex 2013 as the company's first 'phablet' (Asus refers to it as a tablet). The device features a 6.0 inch touch display, up to 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD storage, an 8 megapixel camera capable of 720p HD video capture, a 1.2 megapixel camera for video calls, a stylus and is powered by a 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Atom processor with 2GB of RAM.

The device sets itself apart from its competitors with its Intel chipset and its generous RAM. It also offers dual front facing stereo speakers similar to what we have on the HTC One. Its 6 inch display has a 1080 by 1920 pixel resolution, which makes it the first device to have a 6 inch full HD display. The Super IPS-LCD+ display which is used offers a peak brightness of 450 nits and great viewing angles. Its stylus is housed on the device similar to what we have seen on Samsung's Note phablets.
