T-Mobile has announced the upcoming availability of the Nokia Lumia 521, the carrier's own version of the affordable Nokia Lumia 520 Windows Phone 8 device. The Lumia 521 offers a range of high end features at an affordable price on T-Mobile's 4G network.
The Lumia 521 features a super sensitive 4 inch touch display which can be used with gloves during cold weather. It also has a 5 megapixel auto-focus camera capable of 720p HD video capture, 8 GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with 512 MB of RAM.Additionally purchasing a Nokia device will give you access to Nokia's exclusive app collection including Nokia's HERE Maps, Drive and Transit which will cover all your transportation needs. You will also get Cinemagraph, Creative Studio, Panorama, Smart Shoot which are great photography applications along with the Nokia Music service which free offers radio style music.
The Lumia 521 will be available starting in May through Walmart, Microsoft Retail Stores and T-Mobile retail channels. Prices have still not been revealed, but we will update this post as soon as it is.
