As the Windows Phone 8 launch draws closer, the rumors of upcoming handsets also start to increase. HTC is one of the manufacturers rumored to be preparing Windows Phone 8 devices in time for the launch of the new mobile operating system.Two of the handsets which are expected are the HTC Rio and the HTC Accord and they are said to arrive in September.
The HTC Accord is expected to feature a 4.3 inch HD display and a 1.5GHz dual-core processor while the HTC Rio will feature a 4 inch display with a 1GHz dual-core processor.
