The Google Play Store has been updated (3.7.15) and is reported to be focused on performance enhancements and bug fixes. The update is also reported to fix an issue for Sprint users where they would receive a “Waiting for network” message, when they attempt to download apps over 4G.
The update will automatically roll out to your devices if you haven't received it already. If you want to get the update right now you can head over here and side load the app onto your device.
While the source files are verified to have been signed by Google, we would advise users to hold off until Google pushes the update directly to your device. Sprint users however would probably want to check it out in advance.
