Since the Nokia N8 debuted with it's 12MP camera and Xenon flash, the tech world has but the monster camera phone up against point-and-shoot and DSLR cameras. This time the Apple iPhone 4S is getting set to take on a high end DSLR in the Canon EOS MKII
The Apple iPhone 4 with it's 5MP camera quickly made it's way to become the most popular camera on Flickr, so the team at Apple decided they would improve on their previous offering, with an 8MP lens capable of 1080p HD video recording coupled with image stabilization software to ensure you wont end up with shaky videos.
The results are quite impressive as you will see in the video which follows.
Even with a small F2.4 sensor compared to the large one on the DSLR, the iPhone 4S does an amazing job capturing this video. Considering you will always have your phone in hand, we are set to see the new iPhone champion Flickr for yet another year.
