T-Mobile has confirmed that it will be offering the Lumia 530 on its network starting October 15 for just $79.20. The Lumia 530 is the successor to the Lumia 521, which was one of the best selling Windows devices on T-Mobile's network.
The Lumia 530 is an entry level Windows Phone 8.1 device, featuring a 4.0 inch touch display, 4GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 5 megapixel rear camera and a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor with 512MB of RAM.
With Windows Phone 8.1, T-Mobile customers will gain access to the Microsoft virtual digital assistant Cortana, the ability to add background wallpapers on your Live Tiles, the Action Center to manage your notifications and much more...
For T-Mobile customers that just can’t wait until the October 15 launch, Best Buy and Microsoft Stores will have the Lumia 530 for sale starting October 5.
