HTC has released its multimedia app Zoe in beta form on the Google Play Store, allowing any Android user to download and try it out. Zoe is being developed and released by HTC Creative Labs, which is the manufacturer's software branch. The same team is also working on bring HTC's BlinkFeed launcher to other Android devices.
