Plex universal Windows app updated and discounted for a week


Plex for Windows Phone has been updated to version 1.6.4.0 which brings some new features and improvements. The developers have also discounted the universal app to $0.99 from $4.99 for one week, which means you can grab the app on Windows and Windows Phone by paying the one time fee of $0.99.

Plex is a media streaming app which allows you to manage and stream your personal media - videos, music, and photos to your Windows Phone from the cloud or PC. Media can also be synchronized to your phone or cloud for easy access when your computer is offline. The app also gives you access to a wide range of channels, including TED, Reddit and Revision3.
