The Samsung Galaxy S5 will be available for pre-order to Sprint customers starting today. The Galaxy S5 will cost you $199.99 with a two-year contract after you sign a $50 mail-in rebate. The handset will cost $649 contract free and those using Sprint Easy Pay will be asked to cough up $27.09 monthly for 24 months.
The Galaxy S5 also supports Sprint's tri-band Sprint Spark network, which currently offers download speeds as fast as 60Mbps. According to Sprint the phone will be released on April 11, and will be available in Charcoal Black and Shimmery White. For those who banded together with 9 members of family or friends to create a Framily plan account, the mobile operator will toss in a free Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 tablet. To get the tablet, you will need a data plan for it and you will be asked to affix your signature on a two-year pact.
