LG G Flex and LG Optimus F3Q now available from T-Mobile
T-Mobile has announced the availability of the LG G Flex and the LG Optimus F3Q. Both handsets went on pre-order late last month and have been made available on the date promised by the carrier. Both Android handsets are available through the carrier's retail stores and at T-Mobile.com
The G Flex features a 6 inch display with a 720 by 1280 pixel resolution, 32GB of internal storage, a 13 megapixel rear camera capable of capturing 1080p video at 60fps, a secondary 2.1 megapixel camera for video calls and a powerful quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM.
The display curves in from the top and the bottom and the back of the handset impressively self-repairs from minor scratches. T-Mobile is letting you walk away with the phone for $0 down, as long as you promise to pay 24 monthly installments of $28. That works out to a price of $672.
LG is tossing in 6 free months of Netflix with the purchase of the LG G Flex, and T-Mobile will send out the device overnight for free. This way the phone will arrive on time before Valentine's Day.
Meanwhile the Optimus F3Q is a variant of the LG Optimus F3 which includes a QWERTY keyboard. Other specs include a 4 inch display, 5MP camera capable of 1080p video capture, microSD, NFC and a 1.2GHz dual-core processor. The handset is available for $0 down, those purchasing the device will pay $1 over 24 months for a total of $312. While it is not a high spec device, it offers great value for customers looking for a QWERTY keyboard device.
