The LG F70 is one of the six Android devices announced by the company at the MWC 2014. Now the company has given us a close look at this new LTE enabled device which “is expected to appeal to millions of new LTE customers around the world.”
The new LG F70 handset runs Android 4.4 KitKat and comes with that nifty Knock Code screen unlocking feature. It sports a 4.5-inch IPS display with 480 by 800 pixel resolution, 4GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 5MP rear camera, a secondary VGA camera in front and a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM.
The F70 comes with a 2,440 mAh removable battery. Reportedly, this battery “has the largest capacity in its class so users will be able experience the exceptional speed of LTE without having to recharge midday.”
“Not only does the LG F70 offer the best of LTE technology, its hardware and UX are also best-in-class. Utilizing our expertise in the field of 4G technology, we plan to strengthen our leadership in the global market,” said Dr. Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company.At this point LG has not revealed the pricing or availability dates of the LG F70, but stay tuned for more in the coming days.
