Android Device Manager for Android has been updated to version 1.0.2 which now makes it necessary for a password to be entered before opening the app or switching accounts. This should prevent someone from grabbing your phone and making changes to it. Android Device Manager allows you to remotely wipe of a lost or stolen Android handset. You can also locate the missing handset, lock the screen, change the password to unlock it or simply have it ring to quickly locate it.
You can download the update directly on your Android device through the Google Play Store or by using the link which follows:
Along with the password layer, the update also includes the general bug fixes and performance improvements you would expect.
