The GMail for Android app has been updated to version 4.7 with several new features and improvements. The update allows you to now send any file as an attachment to a Gmail message.That means Gmail users are no longer restricted to using that virtual paper clip for pictures and video only.

Additionally the update allows GMail users to download zip files. You also have an auto responder feature, which allows you to automatically respond to GMail sent while you are on vacation. If you are using Android 4.4 KitKat or higher, you can now print your emails. The app also runs smoother on lower memory devices.
