T-Mobile has confirmed that they will be offering the Google Nexus 5, which was unveiled today alongside Android 4.4 KitKat. While the carrier stated that they will be offering the Nexus 5 at "an affordable price", they did not give a precise price or launch date.
They did however confirm that the handset will be available in the coming weeks and that it would be available for those signed up to the T-Mobile JUMP! early upgrade program.
The Nexus 5 features a 5 inch full 1080p HD display, 16GB and 32GB storage options, an 8 megapixel camera with optical image stabilization, a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera for video calls, 4G LTE connectivity, wireless charging with a 2300 mAh battery and a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chip with Adreno 320 graphics and 2GB of RAM.
The Nexus 5 will also be available on Sprint, but won't be offered on Verizon. Meanwhile AT&T is still to clarify if they will be offering the handset on their network.
