Yesterday a new firmware update (1232.5957.1308.0004 ) for the Nokia Lumia 920 briefly appeared on Navifirm before being taken off again. Luckily some users have managed to download the update and flash it to their devices before it went offline. They are now reporting that the update brings improved camera performance along with a new feature to control the device’s storage.
The previously released Portico update for the Lumia 920 was tasked with improving the quality of photographs on the device. It looks like this update aims to improve the quality further.
The new storage layout brings a new design which gives a clear breakdown of what’s using how much storage. It also gives an option to ‘Clear’ your temporary storage, which Microsoft promised to offer in a future update.
Have any of our readers managed to get their hands on this new update for your Lumia 920 handsets? If so did you come across any other improvements? Leave us a comment below.
