Apple released iOS 6.1 last week with a new featuring including the ability to use Siri to purchase movie tickets, a new placement of music volume controls on your lock screen and some bug fixes.

The issue only seems to affect users on Vodafone’s 3G network.
The carrier is blaming Apple for the issue, stating that the company is working on the software issue and the mobile operator recommends that iPhone S customers keep from updating their devices until Apple has fixed the problem. Apple has not responded to the issue and no other carriers have reported similar issues after installing iOS 6.1.

Are you a customer on the Vodafone network? Are you facing any of these issues on your iPhone 4S or other iPhone model? Please leave us a comment on your situation.
