Lenovo unveiled three new entry level tablets in the IdeaTab Series at the MWC 2013 – the Lenovo IdeaTab A1000, Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 and the Lenovo IdeaTab S6000. All three tablets run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and are expected to arrive in the market in the second quarter of this year.
The budget friendly Lenovo IdeaTab A1000 features a 7.0 inch touch display, 16GB of internal storage, a 0.3 megapixel camera for video calls, Dolby Digital Plus audio enhancements, and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM.
Meanwhile the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 features a 7.0 inch IPS touch display, up to 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded though microSD, a 5 megapixel camera, a secondary VGA camera for video calls and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM.
Finally the Lenovo IdeaTab S6000 features a 10.1 inch touch display with a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, up to 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 5 megapixel camera, a secondary VGA camera for video calls and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM. The device weighs in at 560 grams, is 8.6 mm thin and offers up to 8 hours of battery life.
