The budget friendly Lenovo IdeaTab A1000 is one of the three tablets unveiled by the company during the ongoing MWC. The device features a 7.0 inch touch display with a 600 x 1024 pixel resolution, 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 0.3 megapixel camera for video calls, Dolby Digital Plus surround sound audio enhancements which takes advantage of the two front speakers, and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM.
The tablet runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and performs quite well thanks to its powerful processor. But it is fairly thick and can feel hefty in your hands despite being in the portable category. Fortunately is affordable price will make it an appealing option for users when it goes on sale sometime during the second quarter of 2013.
