[Photography] Nokia 808 PureView vs. Nokia Lumia 920

The Nokia 808 PureView features an amazing 41 megapixel PureView camera with Xenon flash and if you own one of these devices, you may not be eager to jump ship to the Nokia Lumia 920. The Lumia 920 features PureView Phase 2, which uses floating lens technology for optical image stabilization.

Which camera is better? Which device makes the best cameraphone? Watch the following photo comparison.

Bothe PureView devices have their own advantages and disadvantages. The Nokia 808 PureView camera’s large sensor uses pixel oversampling for noise reduction and lossless zoom. The device even has a Xenon flash which aids the device in low light conditions.

Meanwhile the Lumia 920 and its Phase 2 camera offer better low light without Xenon flash and its floating lens prevents shaky pictures, which can be an issue on the 808 PureView unless you have steady hands.

We cant help wonder if Nokia will combine Phase 1 and Phase 2 in their next cameraphone flagship.
