First Windows Phone 8 devices now available through AT&T


Have you been waiting for a new Windows Phone 8 device? AT&T customers in the U.S. now have three brand new devices to choose from. The Nokia Lumia 920 is the company’s latest flagship accompanied by its affordable sibling the Nokia Lumia 820. The third in the lineup is the HTC Windows Phone 8X – a signature Windows Phone built in close consultation with Microsoft which features Beats audio.

The Nokia Lumia 920 features a 4.5 inch HD touch display, up to 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, an 8 megapixel PureView camera capable of 1080p HD video capture, a secondary camera for video calls, NFC, wireless charging and is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor. Its camera features Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) which helps avoid shaky pictures and improves low light photography. The Lumia 920 costs $99 for those willing to sign a two-year agreement and will be priced at just $450 off contract.


The Nokia Lumia 820 features a 4.3 inch touch display, 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, an 8 megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video capture, a secondary camera for video calls, NFC, wireless charging and is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor. The Lumia 820 being the more affordable of the two costs $50 on contract or $400 without one.

The HTC Windows Phone 8X features a 4.3 inch touch display, up to 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, an 8 megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video capture, a secondary HD camera for video calls and is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor. The 8GB version will cost $99 while the 16GB version will cost $199 on contract.
