Last Week Motorola made some updates to its list of devices which will receive the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update and four devices were put on a ‘further plans coming soon’ list. Now Motorola has officially confirmed that the Motorola Atrix 4G, Motorola Electrify and the Motorola Photon 4G.The other device on the list was the Motorola Atrix 2 which is now set to receive ICS in the fourth quarter of 2012. The update may end up coming earlier than that as Motorola is reportedly conducting a soak test for the Atrix 2.
We were hopeful that Motorola will be much better with their software updates under Google management. Hopefully they will be much better with their Android 4.1 Jelly Bean roll-out.
