The Google Play Store (formally Android Market) has a total of 675,000 app titles only second to the Apple App Store. Google has just announced that the store has reached a milestone today in the form of 25 billion (25,000,000,000) app downloads to date.
In celebration of this achievement select titles will be offered at a special price of $0.25 during the following 5 days. Titles from developers like Electronic Arts,Gameloft and Rovio among others will be up for grabs. Additionally there will also be special bundles for sale at discounted prices including:
- 25 movies you must own;
- 25 banned books;
- 25 albums that changed the world;
- 25 top selling magazines.
