The tickets for the Google I/O 2012 went on sale today morning and the tickets sold out in less than 30 minutes. The I/O event has been extended by one day this year and ticket prices have been raised to $900.
The Google I/O is mainly aimed at developers, but the free goodies which have been handed out at the previous events seam to have drawn a bigger audience to attend this annual conference. The event is also known for big announcements in Google's ecosystem, as last year saw the unveilving of Google Music (beta), the Android@home initiative and the official announcement of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
If you have missed out on a chance to get your hands on a ticket to this year's Google I/O you can still follow all the happenings live as the keynotes and the developer sessions will be made available online.
