HTC has been informing their users that their HTCSense.com website will be undergoing renovation. However the bad news is that HTC wont retain any of your user data and that all data will be deleted from the site after April 30, 2012.
In order to avoid loosing data users are advised to head over to the website and follow the instructions provided by HTC to download your data while there is still time.
HTCSense.com provides it's users with an online backup service on the cloud for your contacts, messages, settings etc. Since Android users dont have alternate to iCloud (iOS) or Skydrive (Windows Phone) HTC smartphone users have a great value added service in HTCSense.com

At least they used to. Users sync their data on the cloud hoping that it will be safe and that they wont need to worry about loosing it. It is very unfortunate that HTC isn't taking care of the upgrade without disrupting their users.
So if you are an HTCSense.com user, head over to the website and follow the instructions to backup your data by April 30, 2012. Remember that any data backed up after that date will be deleted until HTCSense.com is back online.
