Nokia seems to have learned from their mistakes with the N8 and it promises to best its competitors in pure photography quality.
Check out some of the key features of Nokia's newest camera smartphone below:
- A 3.5 inch touch screen with 16:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 360x480 (nHD) which is similar to older Symbian touch devices.
- - A 12 megapixel camera with a 28mm lens.
- - Carl Zeiss Optics and a Xenon Flash. It captures 720p HD video at 25fps and offers built in video editing.
- - Up to 3 hours and 20 minutes of video capture or 7 hours of video playback (6 over HDMI). The talk time is impressive too - 12 hours, and the battery will last for 50 hours of music playback. All this thanks to its 1200mAh battery packed under its hood
- - Two different TV-out interfaces - the standard 3.5mm audio jack and a mini-HDMI port (a first for the GSM world). It also features Dolby Digital Plus Surround Sound over the HDMI link.
- - 16GB of internal memory and features a micro SD slot allowing micro SD card support of 32GB. This allows the N8 to have up to 48GB of storage.
- - Quad-band for GSM/EDGE and a quin-band (850/900/1700/1900/2100) for 3G. It has Wifi, 3G, GPS with A-GPS, micro USB with USB OTG and a built in FM Transmitter.
- - First device to run Symbian^3 which features QT. QT will build the bridge between Symbian and Meego allowing developers to easily port apps between the two platforms.
