Nokia N8 - First Impressions
I was very excited when I was offered a Nokia N8 device for a two week trial. I couldn't contain opening the DHL package when it finally reached me. The device comes neatly packed in a dark blue sleek box which I first saw when we reviewed the Nokia Booklet 3G.
Opening the lid reveals the Nokia N8. My trial device was dark gray which would definitely have been my choice if I were to have purchased this device. The device looked beautiful shining back at me. I quickly realized that the N8 does not have a external/removable battery, which I am used to finding and slipping into my Nokia Phones, so I can get straight to using my new toy.

Nokia N8 vs. Nokia E7
The Nokia N8 and the Nokia E7 are both great phones but are built to suite different audiences. The E7 is business oriented while the N8 is an entertainment device. The choice would simply come between the 12MP camera with Xenon flash verses the full QWERTY keyboard for most users, but take a look at some of the other features side by side to help you choose the phone which is best for you.

Spending the Holidays with the Nokia N8
So with Christmas coming, this will be my first holiday in the U.S. What better way to spend your holiday than with the person you love, visiting places and making memories.
My clunky Nokia N900 would have been our companion of choice, but what if? What if the 12MP camera of the Nokia N8 were to join us on this journey?
