A detailed guide on how to enable the full Android Market access on your Nokia N900 or other NitDroid supported device follows:

Google released Android 2.3 alongside the Google Nexus S, which was the first device in the Android lineup to be treated to the new version of OS. So it will come as a bit of a surprise that the Nokia N900 has already received Android Gingerbread through the NitDroid before most Android devices.
The Nokia N900 is the company's current flagship which runs Maemo Linux. With a 3.5 inch display, 5 megapixel camera and 32 GB of internal storage it is almost unlimited in it's potential, with it's lack of app support from mainstream developers being it's only downfall.
The Nokia N900 is the first and only device from the company to run Maemo 5. Since there aren't many devices running this OS you can understand why game developers wouldn't build games for the Maemo community. Nokia has since shifted it's focus towards Meego leaving Maemo users with very little.
We previously reported that the Nokia N900 was set to receive the PR1.3 software update. The PR1.3 update for the Nokia N900 has been long awaited by it's users. It almost seemed that Nokia had given up on the device and set it's sights on Meego and Symbian^3.
An update has been made available for the Nokia N900 users OTA. The version is the much anticipate PR 1.2. Test builds of this update was leaked not very long ago and promised some much welcome features.
