Vine for iOS has been updated to version 3.0.0 with a few new features and improvements including support for the larger displays on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. The update also brings an iOS 8 share extension, which makes it easy to share videos from the camera roll, and even from other video apps. Additionally, the newly introduced "+" button lets you follow Vine channels.

Vine was founded in 2012, and was acquired by Twitter later that year, before officially launching its app in early 2013. The service allows users to take very short videos with their smartphone camera, and share them either via Vine’s own network, or via Twitter, Facebook, and other social networks. Vine apps are currently available for Android, iOS and Windows Phone, and has become widely popular.
